You agree to indemnify and hold Us harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

This Dispute Resolution by Binding Arbitration section is referred to as the "Arbitration Agreement." You agree that any and all disputes or claims between you and MDAIG will be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration, rather than a court, except that you may assert individual claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.
